All race packs are to be collected from the event village on the morning of the event!

To collect your race pack, you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 8.00-8.40am (Marathon), 8.30-9.15am (20 Mile), 9.00-9.45am (Half Marathon), 9.30-10.15am (10k), 9.45-10.30am (5k). It will take around 15 minutes to collect number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day.

Your race number corresponds to the event you are doing, you CANNOT change distance.

You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great, but we will have supplies if needed.

Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number and chip on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

When you receive your race pack, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief Runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency, and there are pens available at the registration desks.

Baggage

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We have tear off baggage labels at the bottom of your race number that can be attached to your bag. To collect, all you have to do is hand over your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your belongings.

Refreshments

There will be a water station on every lap. There will also be a fuel station powered by GU Energy, the official nutrition partner of the Grand Prix series, with energy gels for you to grab on each lap if you need that extra boost!
